Galectin Therapeutics to Webcast Corporate Update At Annual Meeting of Stockholders
NORCROSS, Ga., Dec. 08, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Galectin Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:GALT), the leading developer of therapeutics that target galectin proteins, today announced that the Company will present a corporate update via live webcast immediately following the business portion of its 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Peter Traber, M.D., president, chief executive officer and chief medical officer, will provide an overview of the progress achieved over the past year, as well as the Company's plans and strategy for the upcoming year, especially its seminal NASH-CX Trial.
